The candidate for membership of the Association shall be informed in writing about the decision of the Association Council. Become a member of the Association after the decision of the Association Council on the admission of a new member and only upon payment of the membership fee.<\/p><p>The members of the Association may be legal entities and natural persons over the age of 18.
