Members' Rights and Duties
Member rights:
The rights and obligations of a member of the LSEUA are defined in the statutes of the Association. According to them, each member has the following rights:
- to participate and vote in the General Meeting of the Association;
- to use the services provided by the Association;
- rinkti ir būti išrinktiems į Asociacijos valdymo ar kitus organus;
- to get acquainted with the documents of the Association and to receive all the information available to the Association about its activities;
- to use the information and symbols collected by the Association and, in accordance with the procedure established by the General Meeting of the Association, to use the property of the Association;
- to participate in the preparation and implementation of the Association's programs, projects and events;
- to withdraw from the Association at any time by notifying the President of the Association in writing. In this case, the membership fees and membership fees or any other funds and assets transferred to the Association shall not be refunded;
- to represent the Association in all enterprises, institutions and organizations, state government, management and local self-government institutions, courts, institutions, having received the authority of the President of the Association or its management bodies;
- to appeal to the court against the decisions adopted by the General Meeting of the Association and other governing bodies of the Association;
- after obtaining the consent of the members of the Association to get acquainted with the list of members of the Association.
Nario pareigos:
- to recognize and comply with these Articles of Association and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
- to implement the decisions and obligations adopted by the General Meeting of the Association and other governing bodies of the Association;
- to pay the entrance, current and other fees of the member of the Association in accordance with the established procedure;
- disagreeing with the decision of the President of the Association or the General Meeting of the Association, not to give his opinion on behalf of the Association;
- to protect the commercial (industrial) and other secrets of the Association and its members;
